In addition, we have strategically positioned warehouses in Norwich, UK, and Hong Kong, allowing us to provide efficient delivery services to customers across USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. While our primary focus has been on high-volume sales for the past 7 years, we have recently embarked on a new approach. This year, we have launched an online sales platform, enabling direct access to our hearing aids for customers. By bypassing intermediaries, we can offer our products at a more affordable price, ensuring that a larger number of customers can benefit from our offerings.
